UK Salads Ltd acquired by Seabstrach

Seabstrach Limited an investment holding company is delighted to announce its first acquisition into the fresh produce sector with Lea Valley based UK Salads Limited.


Despite the pandemic's impact, UK Salads unaudited revenue was £51m with an EBIT of £2.4m.



UK Salads is also making an important commitment to the environment by taking a proactive approach by investing heavily in Green Energy by way of their Combined Heat and Power Plant.
